| Description | Students are required to complete the 67 hour Field Placement as a Dietary Aide. Requirements: (1) Vulnerable Person Police Check. A clean criminal record and background check is essential for placement. (2) Complete a pre-clearance health form by physician or nurse practitioner stating that you meet the heath requirements of legislated acts, ministry guidelines and agency policies. (3) Food Handler Certificate is also required. (4) Attend mask fit testing provided by Centennial College (shaving of portions of the face may be required to meet safety standards). |
