|Description||This course is part of a program that is designed to assist students in gaining the basic skill requirements within the Food Healthcare Industry. This course provides students with an exposure to menu planning, portion control, food procurement, quality food preparation and production, role of production staff, equipment and quality improvement.
It is strongly recommended that you register for this course after completing FSWR-103 and FSWR-104.
This course is 45 hours.
