About Centennial
Established as Toronto's first public college in 1966, Centennial College offers programs in business, communications, community and health studies, science and engineering technology, general arts, hospitality and transportation.
 

The Centennial for Life card is your permanent identification as a graduate of Centennial College. Carry the card to access a variety of programs and services, and to show your college pride.

Centennial for Life cards are available without charge to graduates of certificate, diploma and degree programs. Cards will be issued to new graduates at convocation ceremonies; otherwise they will be mailed automatically to those who did not attend their graduation ceremony.

Alumni who graduated before 2007 may order their card on-line using the order form below.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. For quicker delivery, you are welcome drop by the Alumni Relations Office at Progress Campus to receive your card on-the-spot.
