Description	The Tourism industry including hotels, restaurants, bakeries, event venues, travel, attractions and other guest centered services and entertainment, have been some of the hardest hit during the recent global pandemic. The Hospitality and Tourism: Back to Business micro-credential will prepare current and aspiring business leaders, professionals and front-line workers to pivot, enhance and acquire industry specific skills. Hospitality and Tourism: Back to Business will be delivered in a fully online format, offering 16 master classes developed by industry professionals and experienced faculty. Students will gain understanding of the nature of the industry, the impacts of changing demands and the future of work in the various sectors
