CCLI-200, Leadership and Inclusion: Building Capacity for Inclusive Leadership
Modern leadership requires self-awareness, authenticity and an understanding of your own values and behaviours. In this course, you'll investigate your own identity and values and how these intersect within the workplace as well as explore the tension between personal and organizational values and identify strategies that develop and support your own growth as an inclusive leader.
