The audience for Scrum can be external customers or internal users. The course describes the main components such as the three roles: Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, and Scrum Team. The course discusses scrum events such as sprint planning meetings, and explains the difference between a Scrum Master and the traditional Project Manager. |
