Description | This course has been designed with the intention of enhancing the soft skills of those in engineering related fields. The following topics will be presented: the importance of acquiring and cultivating success habits to eliminate limiting beliefs, fears and doubt, the habit of taking personal initiative to create opportunities that increase employability, and the necessity of developing a confident and magnetic personality to become an effective communicator and leader. The course will use case studies and interactive activities to help learners understand and acquire essential life skills. These skills will help them to succeed in their personal and professional lives. |
