|Notes||IMPORTANT NOTICE: For the Winter 2021 course offering, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the course will be delivered in a "Teaching at a Distance" format. "Teaching at a Distance" means you learn in a virtual classroom, in real time, with a live instructor. You will require a computer with internet access, camera and microphone.
The lab component of the course will be delivered using simulation software, which is the same as doing the task, except you are not physically getting your hands on the equipment. Students who have previously taken similar courses, using simulation software, were satisfied with their learning experience, and moved on to take other courses in the series.
If you check the COVID-19 information centre at the top of the page, you will see weekly case updates. In light of this reality, a virtual classroom is the safest option for everyone involved.
