| Description | In a world that is bombarded by information, effective oral communication skills are paramount. The Public Speaking credential equips participants with the practical strategies and tactics they need to develop, design, and deliver oral presentations that are articulate, confident, and enthusiastic. Speaking allows for flexibility, meaningful language choice, small changes in pace, and vocal emphasis. There will be an emphasis on these soft skills as participants become more knowledgeable about the process of creating oral communication. Interpersonal and team-building skills that contribute to productive working relationships will also be emphasized. |
