Data analytics presents the opportunity for these managers to evaluate many communication and marketing functions such as the public's response to communication campaigns, insights into new growth opportunities and untapped market niches. By understanding, for example, purchasing and social media browsing behaviour, managers can contribute to an organization's continuous improvements. In this course, you will gain an introduction to the subject matter as it relates to PR.
