Description B2B (business-to-business) Marketing and Channel Management will focus on an examination of business marketing management.

It will include coverage of market analysis, organizational buying behavior, relationship management, building strong B2B brands, supply chain management, social media impacts on B2B, channel management and marketing performance metrics as they relate to formulating marketing strategies, and attracting and retaining business customers.

This course will include a host of assignments, group projects, quizzes and tests to ensure you get the most out of your education.

Once you complete B2B Marketing and Channel Management, you will be prepared to:

•Examine the dynamic nature of the business marketing environment, and the basic similarities and differences between consumer-goods and business marketing;
•Apply a variety of opportunity identification techniques to the business environment;
•Determine ways to improve the organization's ability to meet business customer needs;
•Contribute to the development of a customer relationship management (CRM) strategy;
•Present products, concepts, goods or services that address the need or problem of the business customer;
•Apply knowledge of the application of technology to business marketing;
•Identify distribution channels and assess alternative approaches to distribution.
