Description The Brand Management course will be crucial in your understanding of the characteristics of successful world brands and what they mean to the global organization.

It will familiarize you with the development, management and protection of brands, which are the cornerstone of successful product and services marketing. The course will also approach achieving a successful brand strategy by placing critical issues into a conceptual framework.

Among specific topics covered in Brand Management will be the history of brands, branding processing, brands and brand management, customer based brand equity, choosing brand elements to build brand equity, designing marketing programs to build brand equity, integrated marketing communications, and more.

Once you complete the course, which consists of two tests, two case studies and a brand report and project, you will be able to confidently:

•Identify successful brands and their competitive advantage in the marketplace;
•Identify the key components of building brand equity;
•Analyze the elements necessary to protect established brands;
•Evaluate the value of a brand;
•Evaluate successful brand extension strategies.
