Description | This is a mathematics course for the Biotechnology/Environmental Protection Technician and Technology programs. Statistics topics covered include the basics of elementary descriptive statistics, fundamental probability, the normal and standard-normal-probability distributions, confidence intervals and hypothesis testing. Further topics of study are exponents and radicals, the solution of exponential and logarithmic equations, growth and decay, and log-glow and semi-log graphing. |
