Description This course will be exclusively delivered in our restaurant. In this course, students will be introduced to the working environment of a restaurant operation. Service theory will be reinforced by actual practice of the concepts learned in our restaurant labs. Students will be instructed on and learn to use restaurant POS technology and communication tools.
Notes HTAP 157 is a pre-requisite for this course and must be completed before beginning this course.
