Description	This course will prepare the child-care administrator to create a positive experience for the family and their child, and support families with their childrearing responsibilities. The principle of partnership with families will be explored with a focus on evaluating practice within this framework. In addition, the importance of establishing community linkages to provide families with access to community resources and support throughout transitions, while promoting early childhood education and care within the community, will be addressed.
