|Description||Today&#039;s menus are abundant with interesting and creative soups, salads, and sandwich combinations strongly influenced by global flavours and using fresh ingredients. During this six week course students will learn to create various types of salads, accompanying dressing and condiments, bake fresh bread products and prepare internationally inspired soups and sandwiches.|
|Notes||COOK 100 is a pre-requisite for this course and must be completed before begining this course.
A Centennial College Chef uniform is required for this course.
