|Description||Aging has an impact on our physical, emotional, and social well-being. It can affect our self esteem and how we perceive ourselves. We need to continually re-examine all aspects of our lives and strengthen our self esteem in order to adapt to the aging process and maintain positive feelings about ourselves.
This workshop helps participants build their self-esteem by reviewing life accomplishments and milestones, establishing new goals, developing affirmations and creating empowering images of aging.
