| Description | This course explores the more advanced statistical techniques to evaluate quality, analyse processes, products and out-of-control conditions, solve manufacturing problems, establish and evaluate specifications and tolerances, and reduce product variability. Focus will be on developing the skills of statistical analysis and decision making, testing of hypotheses, risks of incorrect decisions, estimation of population parameters, sample size determination, analysis of variance, correlation and regression techniques. |
