Description	***PLEASE NOTE***: THERE IS AN ONLINE THEORY COMPONENT THAT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOU ARE ABLE TO ATTEND PRACTICE SESSIONS The online module will be sent to you no later than the Monday prior to your scheduled in-class session via YOUR PERSONAL PREFERRED EMAIL ADDRESS (NOT your my.centennial address) that is on file with the College. This comprehensive course covers first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for all age groups (adults, children, and babies) and is designed for those who require first aid certification due to work requirements. (Please note if you are a health care professional or first responder you will need to take CCPR-101). There are 2 components: Online learning modules and in-class instruction. The interactive and self-paced online learning modules review first-aid information and theory. The one-day in-class component focuses on skills development and practical application. When registering for the course, students will receive a link to the online learning modules. The online learning component must be completed before the scheduled in-class day in order to receive certification. Certification in Standard First Aid with CPR Level C is valid for 3 years.
