|Description||You will find Standard First Aid (SFA) beneficial if you are looking for a comprehensive course in basic first aid and CPR/AED. The course, which meets the guidelines established by ILCOR and WSIB for CPR and first aid, covers a wide range of topics, including:
• How to respond to emergencies;
• CPR Level BLS Only;
• Prevention of disease transmission;
• Respiratory and cardiac arrest;
• Injuries to the head and spine;
• Bone, muscle and joint injuries;
• Wound care;
• How to deal with sudden medical conditions and environmental emergencies.
This Standard First Aid course includes CPR BLS and provides you with a three-year certification in First Aid and a one-year certification for BLS.
Please note: You must determine which level of CPR you require before attending the course.
