Course Name	SQL Server 2012 Analysis Services Cube Development

Description	Multidimensional modeling and SQL Sever Analysis Services (SSAS) development will be covered in SQL Server 2012 Analysis Services Cube Development. You will learn about essential topics such as: self-service business intelligence, installing SSAS and preparing for cube development, multidimensional cubes, deploying and processing cubes, querying a cube, securing a cube, using aggregations to performance-optimize a cube and creating SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports for a cube. During the course, in-class assignments will play a large part in your studies, accounting for 60 per cent of your final grade. The interactive course will also feature a final exam that will make up the final 40 per cent of your grade. SQL Server 2012 Analysis Services Cube Development will provide you with preparation for exam 70-463 (Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012). It will also give you the know-how to: • Install SSAS and prepare for cube development; • Create, deploy and process multidimensional cubes; • Add query and functionality to the cube; • Employ aggregations to performance to optimize a cube; • Secure a cube; • Apply cubes in a larger context.
