Description | This course will prepare students to write the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing Legal/Process and Small Building Ontario Building Code Exam. Passing the Ministry exams will qualify an individual to acquire a BCIN (Building Code Identification Number) and be registered as 'Designers' under the regulations. While the course will concentrate on the role of 'Designers', the role of Chief Building Officials and Registered Code Agencies will also be discussed. |
