Description Front Office Operations presents a systematic approach to front office procedures by detailing the flow of business through a hotel beginning with the reservation process and ending with checkout and settlement.

This course examines the various elements of effective front office management paying close attention to planning, forecasting and evaluating front office procedures. Front Office procedures, guest relations and satisfaction, communications with the other hotel departments are placed within the context of the overall operation of a hotel.
Notes Prerequisite: HOTL-154 - Introduction to Hospitality Management
