| Description | Fundamental to this course is the belief that the inclusion of children with special needs with typically developing children in childcare programs is an enriching experience for everyone, including children, families, caregivers and the community. You will examine a variety of identified special needs within a framework of inclusion, respect and support. Strategies to adapt the curriculum and modify the environment will be explored to help ensure success for every child. |
