Description Our canine companions are constantly "speaking" to us and to each other and it has only been quite recently that we are beginning to understand their complex language. Learning these small physical and vocal cues will help to create a deeper bond, manage behaviours and prevent unwanted situations at the dog park, on a walk or at home. This short 4 hour course will cover:

1. Being able to read subtle body language and common dog behavior
2. Applying body language to various situations and types of dogs
3. Recognizing the different types of barks and what they mean
4. How to communicate with dogs appropriately as humans
