|Description||The Secret success of every healthy eating plan is about having abundant choices to choose from. During this six week course, students will learn to create various types of salads, accompanying dressing and condiments, bake fresh breads and prepare internationally inspired soups and sandwiches.|
|Notes||A Centennial College Chef uniform is required for this course.
COOK 100 is a pre-requisite for this course and must be completed before beginning this course.
Students are required to provide their own kitchen tools. All personal equipment requirements will be discussed during the first day of class and can either be brought from home or purchased.
