|Description||Healthy eating starts every day with a nutritious breakfast and weekends give cause to celebrate healthy and inspiring brunch ideas. During this six week course, students will learn to mater various classical and contemporary egg dishes, accompanying sauces and condiments, batters, biscuits, and a selection of breakfast meats.|
|Notes||A Centennial College Chef uniform is required for this course.
COOK 100 is a pre-requisite for this course and must be completed before beginning this course.
Students are required to provide their own kitchen tools. All personal equipment requirements will be discussed during the first day of class and can either be brought from home or purchased.
