|Description||Breakfast and brunch have become the mainstay of any successful gathering or celebration. This course introduces students to the fundamental culinary techniques and theory necessary to produce a variety of breakfast and brunch inspired items. During a six week course students will learn to master various classical and modern egg dishes, accompanying sauces and condiments, batters, biscuits, and a selection of breakfast meats.|
|Notes||COOK 100 is a pre-requisite for this course and must be completed before begining this course.
A Centennial College Chef uniform is required for this course.
