|Description||This course will describe the key elements of an effective compliance program. The identification of roles and responsibilities associated with regulatory compliance documentation development and maintenance will be examined. The course will outline various procedures and control such as segregation of duties, oversight, monitoring, and quality assurance practices.
The student will express how stakeholders use program documentation and the ramifications; and will identify appropriate training options and tools for various stakeholders. Issue management practices will be discussed. The student will draft program documentation for one regulatory compliance program and will critique regulatory program documentation in context
