|Description||Oxy-Acetylene Welding and Cutting offers you a foundation through a practical, hands-on format. The topics include personal and shop safety, oxy-acetylene torch set-up, cylinder storage and care, as well as regulator safety. You will also perform some fusion and braze welding and cutting.
Once you complete the Oxy-Acetylene Welding and Cutting course, you will be able to confidently:
• Perform basic welding, heating and cutting procedures;
• Perform plasma arc cutting operations.

Please note: During the labs, you will be required to wear coveralls or non-synthetic clothing and provide your own safety boots or shoes. Eye protection will be supplied.
