|Description||In todays increasingly competitive global marketplace, the world of sales is changing. In many organizations, the major account sales team is rapidly expanding at the same time the traditional field sales force is shrinking. Major account sales people strive to differentiate themselves from their competitors by bringing higher value than simply being a source to their customers.
They want to be consultants to their customers, establishing strategic, synergistic, interdependent partnerships... where both parties influence the direction of each others businesses and bottom lines. This course is designed to help you develop new business by penetrating existing accounts and acquiring new key accounts. It focuses on developing long-term strategic relationships through total customer satisfaction and account loyalty. It also focuses on maintaining margins and profits.
