Beginning with planning, researching and preparing bargaining proposals, you will develop and practice effective negotiation skills through participation in an extensive, interactive bargaining simulation. Upon completion, you will be able to actively participate in the negotiation of a collective agreement from start to finish. In addition to developing practical skills, you will also analyze how the legal framework and bargaining structure influence both the negotiation process and
the outcomes.
