|Description||Reflexology is a holistic healing art which, naturally and without drugs, stimulates every part, gland and organ in the body. By applying pressure to the reflexes in the feet and hands, tension is released, circulation is improved, and the body is assisted in regaining its state of harmony and balance. Upon completion, you will be able to perform a full Foot Reflexology treatment. The history of Reflexology and its relevance in our modern day lives will be discussed. This program includes 6 weeks of in class lectures. Once the six weeks is completed, students must complete 50, 1 hour practical sessions before writing the final exam.
