|Description||This course provides the foundational skills to perform the role of a business analyst (BA) in both the waterfall and agile environments. The course explains the BA role in the design, development, and testing phases of a project.
In this course you will learn how to plan BA requirements activities, including how to obtain, analyze, and validate requirements. You will learn about the key components of a business process. The course describes the waterfall, incremental, and agile lifecycles and how they change BA practices.
