|Description||Today, hearth oven baking using natural ingredients, ancient grains and freshly milled flours is at the forefront of healthy bread making. During this six week course, students will learn specialty shaping techniques, fermentation processes, unique scoring methods and how to work with ancient and freshly milled grains. At the end of the course, students will be able to successfully produce a wide variety of artisan breads.|
|Notes||BAKE 100 is a pre-requisite for this course and must be completed before beginning this course.
A Centennial College Chef uniform is required for this course.
